cronjob and logrotate

I have setup logrotate to rotate apache logs and cronjob to force the logrotate at 11pm.
It looks like the logs rotation has occured twice. One by cronjob at 11pm and then by logrotate at 3.40am.

How can i make logrotate not to run at 3.40am and just run the cronjob?

Look in /etc/cron.daily, there you should see a file like logrotate change it to no be executable. Problem solved.
