cron stoped and logwatch

I have Red Hat 4, since i changed the logwatch defualt email address, the log stoped working or at least it is not sending the email as other servers do?
what am I suppose to check?
other servers Debian, Red Hat and FC5 are sending logwatch emails

Is everything else working as expected? Have you checked /var/log/maillog to see if there was an error sending the mail? If not, did anything else change - for example the cron job that runs logwatch?

no actually nothing was changed,
and there is nothing in the mail log
am not sure why it stopped all of the sudden
