Cron question

I am trying to do a quarterly cron job but I am a little confused with the command.

0 0 1 */3 * /home/*****/quarterly.sh

Am I doing it right?

You might want to use a csv list there to make it clearer, eg http://www.adminschoice.com/docs/cro...Crontab%20file
