Creating ISO Image with "livecd-creator" tool

hi,

I am using rhel-6.8 and generating an iso image via livecd-creator tool.

The problem I am having is that I have a folder located in /home/ area
and it is not getting copied into the image.

When I create my livecd and boot from it, my /home area is empty.

Does anyone know how to copy /home to the iso image?

Hello and welcome to LQ.

Maybe using the kick start program to add in pre or post script to copy over /home. That data could be on cd maybe, not sure.

However I get the feeling you want a live cd creator. I forget the name of that program but it takes your install and makes a dvd out of it. Someone may know that program name. Maybe remastersys?? something like that to take an install and make a dvd out of it.

If you look around, (read the man page), you should find an exclude config file somewhere.
