Creating fronted for Symantec ghost boot

Hello
Im looking for a way to create a fronted, a before menu, for Symantec Ghost. I have a symantec ghost software on a usb that is ready to boot and automatically install an image on a computer. Now I want a menu where users can choose witch image they want to ghost from. I want to use a external hdd to have all the image (or the already configured symantec ghost auto installer) and with the fronted call to the ghost program to start.
First i was thinking of using Bash scripting with Dialog. But how to make the bashsript to boot first and then call the ghost program i don't know how.
Is their a better way to make this happen?
Have anybody made this kind of project before?

Very thankful for replays :)

Version of ghost to start comes to mind.
