Creating a linux distro for my internet start up company
Ok so I have sorta a complex question I want to set up and create a custom linux distro just for my internet startup company i want only users of my linux distro to be able to access my internet services with a login and password is this possible please. I also want to implement my website into the distro as a default program is this possible or am i asking for too much.
You could probably create a web browser which meets your requirements. I doubt that you could create a whole Linux based system which meets your requirements.
sounds like a Microsoft tactic where they tried to intergrade the complete OS as a Web Access OS to drive Netscape out of the picture and avoid Netscape from action against them.
like that other said. I'd be best to maybe use Linux and set up your website to be the thing only ones can log into as Linux by design is open source. therefore whoever used your "Distro" can still be able to remove whatever and add whatever to it.
I assume that you've examined the possible cost to your business in terms of disaffected potential customers - serious question, what's the business case for this model?

No it is not possible, because how would you know they are actually using the distro? How do you know they haven't just spoofed responses to make it appear like a different distro. Overall, everything here sounds like it is on a crazy level of bespoke anyways and at those points the questions that often need to be asked are.
1) What is it you are really trying to achieve
2) Is there a simpler, more basic method to achieve the required goal
Since you talk about creating a custom distro, I would have to ask the question, Why? It sounds like a complex answer to a simple question, if I am honest.
Im not really trying to cut off potentia customers i just thought linux would be a good contriled but open environment to use since. Linux isnt as subcetible to viruses because of its build and that windoows viruses cant really infect a linux system if anyone wants to help me i'll be happy to tell you my whe buisness plan andaybe ylu can give me some advice and help me. Out thank you. Please feel free to share your honest opinions im not really trying to make a big buisness i jist think i have a really unique buisness model that could potentially be hpful to some people lol but what do i know im just a young guy who has no real solid experience just a little knowledge

No ibmean it doesn't have to be a custom distro just felt like it would be a nice clean way to introduce my services i was also thinking of making it available to others maybe i can email you and tell you what im really thinking and want to achieve and maybe you will understand my model my core goal is actually really simple all this other stuff is things i randomly thought of lol odk
If you struggle that badly with basic English spelling and punctuation, maybe Linux isn't for you.
Hey, you did ask for honest opinions!
And i said honest opinions on my idea not my spelling. You dont need perfect punctuation and grammar to use a operating system plenty of illiterate people use computers and probably use linux as well
It's ok no hard feelings, I just came here for advice anyways lol Im not trying to be 100 percent perfect with my English as long as I get my point across
