create partition from linux where windows can be installeda

I have 80 GB sata harddisc. Originally, I installed linux in my system and did not pay much attention to partitioning as a result there were only 2 partition created sda1 and sda2. Now I want to partition my sda2 drive (77 GB) in 3 partitions so that on 1 I can install windows and on other 2 I will keep my important data. I also want to make those 2 partitions visible from windows and linux.

Please help me how to proceed.

You can use QParted to repartition your disk, but you must run it from a LiveCD (Knoppix or similar), because the disk you are about to repartition holds your system. It would be a good idea to do a backup of relevant data before you start with repartitioning.
