Smile Create Default Screensaver

Is there a config file I can modify that will ensure all users have the same screensaver settings?

A million thanks,

I was told to go to the file below

Edits the /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/XScreenSaver with the following settings:

*timeout: 0:15:00
*cycle: 0:00:00
*lockTimeout: 0:00:00

Will this ensure users screensaver have a password requirement neccesary to enter?
