Create an emergency disk in Fedora Core 2

Hello, all.

I am new to the linux and I want to know how to create an emergency boot disk.
I am running Fedora Core 2 on the Thinkpad T22.

I googled, but I couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance.

"man mkrescue" if you have this program installed

you will find it covered in the second-last and third-last post from this thread:'s just so much to write it all over again - it explains, how it is done

Red Hat? Hmmm If I remember correctly you can use mkbootdisk

Sorry I am wasting your time, but I quit using Red Hat when they started with all that Fedora junk. They release fedora garbage so the users do their troubleshooting for them. Then the working technology goes into their enterprise edition. BTW fedora 1 is considered legacy now. Fedora core 3 is due out beginning of September.
