crazy vcdimager ???

Hello, i recently installed vcdimager to create some images of VCD, when i used it, i have seen that it put one track more than the number of the mpeg tracks i included in my vcd image. For example:

vcdimager --iso-volume-label="NAME _VOLUME" track1.mpg track2.mpg

... and it build an image with 3 tracks!!! Why not 2???

I also have tried older versions of vcdimager and i have tryed to use it with some GUI but i always have one track more than what i want.

This is what happen:

vcdimager --iso-volume-label="TEST" avseq01.mpg
++ WARN: initializing libvcd 0.7.14 [linux-gnu/i686]
INFO: scanning mpeg sequence item #0 for scanpoints...
++ WARN: APS' pts seems out of order (actual pts 115.746711, last seen pts 115.786711) -- ignoring this aps
INFO: writing track 1 (ISO9660)...
INFO: writing track 2, MPEG1, PAL SIF (352x288/25fps), audio[0]: l2/44.1kHz/224kbps/stereo ...
finished ok, image created with 10963 sectors [02:26.13] (25784976 bytes)

Why is the first track "INFO: writing track 1 (ISO9660)..." created??? How can i avoid it??? Because at the end i tryed to burn an image and there is really a track more than what i want ...
