Crash report questions. Mozilla FF & T'bird crashed. Reporter configuration questons

FF and T'bird crashed within hours of each other, more than a week after installation, updating, and use.

The crash reporter asked OS (F-18) level questions, where to log. Where is there guidance on configuration for next time?

Is there a more appropriate forum for my level of newbie-Q's? Much of y'alls' jargon is a little more than Greek to me. How about a newbie-newbie forum?

Thanks.

there is a more focused forum for these apps at:

http://forums.mozillazine.org/

but i am not sure about your log

for crash reports, i fid them at:

Code:
ls -l ~/.mozilla/firefox/Crash\ Reports/

ls -l ~/.thunderbird/Crash\ Reports/
