Crash on logout

Hi guys,

Using fedora core 3 on latest kernel with fluxbox, whenever i logout from it the screen goes black and does nothing, forcing me to do a hard reboot from the button.

Anyone got any idea how to fix it?

your machine may not be crashing but rather just not returning you to the login manager or hanging X.
try ctrl-alt-backspace instead. this will restart X.
and then you can look at your x***.conf to configure to kill/respawn X on logout. (can't recall the lines exactly..don't have access to a box right now.
