CPU stress testing
 
Hi,

I would like to stress my CPU for some of the testing and need to monitor using vmstat or sar commands.

How to stress CPU and make it to bring high cpu usage? Thanks in advance.

There's a binary that's aptly named "stress". You'll find it here: http://weather.ou.edu/~apw/projects/stress/
