cpu load on FTP server

hallo guys my FTP server is showing the cpu load is so high,.

there is script running on this server which transffer all the data automatically to other sync folder and then icron tool is used for it.

can you please suggest me to understand this issue and guide to reduce it

Open the command prompt and type in the command top to see which process is using the most CPU.
