Question cpanel questions, I NEED ANSWERS


here i got this message last time in the latest vistors list in my cpanel is it obvious, what's going on anyone with some information give me some suggestion

and whats robot.txt all about??????????

How is the UA string "SurveyBot" not clear? It's a robot. (OK, OK, everyone can fake a User-Agent string...) And every sane crawler respects robots.txt settings. The robots.txt configuration file is where you can configure access restrictions for them bots. Next time please don't shout (use caps). That may be necessary on other boards but there's no reason for that on LQ. Since this is not a Linux security question I'll move the thread elsewhere. You are also invited to review your other thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...server-658475/ again and act on those hints to learn about what you're doing before getting all stressed out again.
