Could not grab keyboard - A malicious client may have been eavesdropping your session

I am getting the following error when I try to focus on the Whisker menu in Mint 18 Xfce 64 bit.

Using the command
sudo grep -ral 'malicious client may be eavesdropping' /usr /bin /lib /var

I managed to get those programs which likely generate this error and I got 2 programs. They are:

/usr/lib/libgksu2.so.0.0.2
/usr/lib/openssh/gnome-ssh-askpass

Now, I don't understand what should I do after know it?

In my Window Manager settings I have,

Checked: Automatically give focus to newly created windows.
Checked: Automatically raise windows when they receive focus

Delay is set to 0.

In Window Manager Tweaks I have,

Checked: Activate Focus Stealing Prevention
Checked: Honor standard ICCCM focus hint

I don't understand why, even after activating the focus stealing prevention, I get this error? How to solve it?

Thanks.

You could search /proc for the programs using libgksu2.so. For example,

Code:
for x in /proc/[0-9]*; do
(
cd "${x}"
if [ -e './exe' ] && ldd ./exe | grep -F -- 'libgksu2.so' &> /dev/null; then
echo '===='
echo -n "pid ${x##*/} "
cat ./comm
echo '===='
fi
)
done
That will search all running programs and print out which programs are using that library. It may make more obvious which program is causing the log. Learn more about the /proc filesystem.
