How can I have permission?
So, there is a copyright problem.
It is a manual consultation.

I don't plan to post it, I would offer a consultation service. It is a genealogy book. I would type the answer and send it by email.

I am posting it here because it is a so generic question that I don't know where to ask it... Thanks for your answer.
I am from Brazil.

No, it is not a school book, and I plan to have some fee only if the demand is large and I can't supply it alone. Any problem?

wow...this is kinda strange. ummmm....so are you a teacher? why would you be offering a consultation to a genealogy book? im just really curious sorry....it just so strange to get on here and see someone asking about genealogy. LOL....
so i dont know, it seems it would be more of a service than a business. if its free i dont think you would have any problems but if you are making money you will. either way if this is going to be a big deal you will need an attorney to research you local laws about such things.
please explain this to me more....im very curious.

Well, am not a teacher. People would fill a form on the internet PHP page and I would receive an email with the name he/she would like to consult. Then I would reply by email with text of that book, but typed by me. It is like a consultation service on a library.
Brazilian laws about copyright are basically the same as in other parts.
It is a service which can eventually have a fee.
I can't do it alone if the demand is too large, I don't know how it will be yet.

well i would say that is totally not ok to do. even if it is typed by you it is still someone else's words from their book. this is not a consultation in any way.....
so i would say this to you. if you do this i bet you never get in trouble. i mean honestly how many people are going to want a genealogy book? and if they do how many are going to find your site. if you are at the top of google for genealogy then you cant do this but if you just have a little site i bet you will not have any problems even though if you ever got caught you would be in big trouble. why are you doing this? im just curious...sorry.
