copying dalily modified files

How can I make copy only files the have been modified today

as far as get
find myworkingfolder -ctime 0|xargs -i cp {}-ap bakupfolder
Is it ctime or mtime? and how i add this command to crontab?.

it is mtime
atime-> last file access/read time
ctime-> inode change time
mtime -> file data modified time

To set up in crontab ->

---integrate command into a script.

---Then set up in crontab ->

crontab -e

selected Time /Path/To/Script/
