Question Converting MP3s from 128kps to 96kps

I used GRip and LAME to rip some songs from CDs, and they are all 128kps, which is fine. But I want to compress the file to 96kps so that I can fit more songs on my MP3 player. How can I do this?

GLame should be able to do it for you.
