convert sh command to tcsh

Hi all!
How do I convert the following sh command:

export PATH=$ROOTSYS/bin:$PATH

into a tcsh one?
after reading man csh my guess was

setenv PATH ${ROOTSYS/bin}:${PATH} but it doesn't seem to be correct.

Maybe try
setenv PATH ${ROOTSYS}/bin:${PATH}
