Convert PDF to PNG


Any software for linux to convert PDF to PNG. It is needed urgently. Please help

I know in windows to convert PDF to PNG you can use Online Free Converter but i need one for linux.

You can import the *.pdf to GIMP and export it to a *.png.

You can do a screen shot and stitch the picture in GIMP.

Google: linux convert pdf to png. Imagemagic is the one I use:

convert -density 150 input.pdf -quality 90 output.png.

It is Imagemagick actually. Virtually every Linux distro has this package. convert is one of the programs included.

My experience is that you need at least -density 200 in order to get an acceptable resolution. Files tned to get quite large.
