Convert FAT32 to NTFS without Format.

Hello.
How can I Convert FAT32 to NTFS without format? In windows I can use below command and it work very nice but how about Linux?

convert Drive: /FS:NTFS

Thanks.

I believe that command is a windows utility, and it only works 1 way, from fat to ntfs. MS had a reason to make such a utility since NTFS is their baby and they were migrating home users to NTFS when XP came out. I don't think a linux utility exists. Your best bet is to backup the data, and reformat.

or boot up a copy of windows.

Why not use Windows then?

Neither of those file systems are native Linux file systems (although it does provide some support for them).

In old days there were windows as well as dos based programs to do exactly what you want. I don't remember them. With luck you may find them in web search.
