convert .bin/.cue/.cdt files to .flv?

Does anybody know how to convert .bin/.cue/.cdt files to .avi or .flv files on Enterprise linux?

I assume that you are talking about cd/dvd images. Either burn them to optical media, mount them, or use a utility like file-roller to view the contents.

For encoding audio/video to another format I recommend
mplayer
mencoder
ffmpeg
Dump the media stream from the disk, then encode it to .flv
Do a search here on LQ for ffmpeg, mencoder, how to encode video, audio CD images, how to burn cd/dvd, mounting a cd image etc.

There are a bunch of other tools like handbrake for example.
