connection help


i updated RH 7.2- Fedora, and it must have forgotten my network config or something. Can anyone help me? I dont know if the have made a better way to connect to the internet since 7.2. Thank you!

Need a bit more info, how are you connecting (dialup-cable-dsl)?

Did you forget your settings or did you forget the command?

What have you tried and are you getting any errors?

As root, try:

redhat-config-network

at the command line.

If it doesn't work, post the output of:

/sbin/ifconfig -a

I have timewarner roadrunner cable

I have a linksys router

I have fedora Linux

I will try that, and post the results. I have to reboot to Linux, so i will be back in a few.'

also my soundcard doesnt work now...it did at first load with RH 7.2
