connecting wirelessly
hi all,

linux newbie here.

i have a dell latitude d620. i've installed fedora 7 with dual boot for windows xp. all is up and running, working perfectly.

i want to connect wirelessly to the internet. wireless modem is built into laptop. i know how to connect through windows xp using the "dell mobile broadband" utility. how can i access internet from this linux distro?

Go to System->Administration->Network
Do you see your wireless device and connection configured there?
Try configuring it if not.
Fedora should know how to do most of the work.

BTW, why not use Fedora 8?
