Connecting to Net with Surecom Network card and Linksys Router?

according to Redhat 9's hardware browser i have a Surecom EP-320x-s 100/10M Ethernet PCI Adapter....

i have the card connecting to my Linksys router witch is pluged direct into a 2mb cable modem, how do i go about installing this? and getting the internet running? thanks for any help you give
