Connect to internet using Nokia 6131 by bluetooth in Ubuntu 8.10

The subject says it all. I have Ubuntu 8.10 [Super Ubuntu]http://hacktolive.com/suwhich has all missing items in Ubuntu 8.10. My EDGE connection is of Airtel. The mobile is Nokia 6131. A step by step instruction would be very helpful. Also I want to know if Ubuntu has Blueman with it by default if not should I get it installed seperately.

This is the only thing that keeps me with Windows xp. All other requirements [such as mp3, dvd etc playback, compiz] are installed by default by Super Ubuntu.
