I was just wondering if anyone has had any success doing this? Is it even possible? I have just installed FreeSWAN and am going to give it a go, anyone got any tips?
Well we've had success connecting a Windows machine to a Linux VPN server using OpenVPN. Otherwise if your Windows server is running some kind of IPSec server then FreeSwan would hopefully do the trick. Also remember that FreeSwan is a discontinued project now - its been taken up by the Openswan and Strongswan projects. (see http://www.freeswan.org/)
