Connecion message

I have setup a new computer on or home network running core 1, when I ssh to it from my computer I get the usual message

* This is a private system, and not open to the general *
* public. Legitimate users may contact the administrator *
* for an access account to be established. *
* *
* All unauthorised access will be logged and reported. *
* All authorised access will be logged. *
Does anyone know where this is read from???

In my Debian system it comes from /etc/motd, depending on your ssh configuration it may come from /etc/ or from a custom file.
