Configuring wireless for SuSe 9.3 Pro

Hello All,

I am a newbie and just installed SuSe 9.3 Pro on my Vaio Laptop (PCG K13). This is my first Linux OS. I would like to know how I should configure my in-build wireless card, so that I can access my university's wirless network.

When I ran the SuSe 9.3 Live DVD, I was able to access the wireless network with ease and I did not have to configure anything..But since installing the whole OS on my hdd I am not able to do so! If possible, please let me know in some detail!

Thanks alot!

Aki

YAST is the primary system tool for SuSE. Start YAST, and use the Network devices tool. It's all GUI and pretty self-explanatory.

try this

http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/p...?Distributions
scroll down to Suse and there is a 9.2 pro how to page there. This worked for me on Suse 9.1 and wireless.

good luck.
