Configuring support for PAGE MIGRATION and MEMORY HOT REMOVE

I tried to configure MEMORY HOTADD and MEMORY HOTREMOVE while compiling 2.6.28 kernel with xconfig, I was able to configure SPARSEMEM ,MEMORY_HOTPLUG but I could not configure MEMORY_HOTREMOVE ,MIGRATION . The MEMEORY_HOTREMOVE and MIGRATION name appears inactive and there is no option to enable them. Are these options dependent on other options ? or in order to enable these options I have to do something else.

They are dependent on something else. Normally you can see that in xconfig, but it is an effort if you have multiple serial dependencies.
