configuring screensaver on FC3 in TWM.

i am running Fedora Core 3 using TWM and when i leave the computer idle the screen goes black. I'd like to increase the amount of time the computer needs to be idle for this to occur. I have looked in /etc/ for a configure file. I have looked in /usr/sbin to see if there was a system-config program dealing with screensaver/gui. I've searched for screensaver and TWM. I've looked on her for answers and couldn't find anything. Im stumped, so any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
