Question configuring atheros wireless nic: error


i have installed opensuse 11.0. on acer aspire 4520 laptop.
network settings shows the following error:
unable to configure network card because kernel device (eth0,wlan0)is not present.this is mostly caused by missing frimware (for wlan devices)
see dmesg output for details.



please help

Well, it is easier for people here to help you if you also include your dmesg output to see what is the problem.

at the Konsole and copy the output of the dmesg here.
