configuring 2 mail servers on different IPs but on single vmware machine

I want to know the configuration steps for 2 mail servers on diferent IPs. But I want this setup on single vmware machine(debian).
Kindly provide the steps and oblige

What mailserver(s) are you intending to use (exim, postfix, sendmail etc.)?

Are you planning to configure 2 different mail server in single vmware machine or you want configuration steps for mail servers?

BTW you an not run 2 mail server at the same time in single OS.

I want to configure postfix mail servers. But I am open to use any mailserver to accomplish my testing.
And I want multiple instances of mail servers on same vmware. The task is that we should be able to send e-mails from these configured mail-servers to a receiving mailing address and the receiver should be able to see from the mail-headers that mail can be sent from 2 different FQDNs and not from the VMware's FQDN. SO far I have registerd two new mail server domains and installed postfix on the vmware and am able to send mail to any address with mutt. But it is showing the vmware's fqdn in the mail-header of receiver. So now the problem is to how to configure those two new mail server domains in the main.cf file of postfix. I tried creating multiple copies of postfix like postfix2, postfix3 and tried configuring their main.cf file but was not able to do further configuration. I might have done something wrong in the configuration. Kindly ask if any questions plz
