i want to create new config file for remote using irrecord
but what are the steps please tell me about that
how to save config file?

it might help if you post the needed information
1) your Operating system ?
2) what remote and brand ?
3) what config file ? can you post it ?
4) you save as root ?? maybe or as a normal user if in that normal users home folder ?
5) and so on ....

Please repost your last post (#3) in proper English. I couldn't understand the text speak jargon you are using and have to concentrate on that and not the question at hand.

Your first post was in good English. Its not geeky or scientific to use short cuts (SMS/text speak) in e-mails.
