Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

Not sure what I do with the code. I did put the code in the konsole, but said (invalid or corrupt base). I also looked for it in the linux manjero software, but no package like those.
I'm not a Manjaro user, so can't really advise specifically here.

Updates so far: Computer sees the printer and am connected now to wi-fi. Downloaded the hplphplip-3.20.11 version, and recognized that it was installed, however when I attempt to print, it does not see the hp envy 6052 printer.
Ran diagnostics utility Message reads: Checking for Deprecated items....
error: This distro (i.e manjarolinux 20.2.1) is either deprecated or not yet supported.
The diagnosis is limited on unsupported platforms. MISSING 'python3-pyqt4-dbus needs to be installed'error: python3-pyqt4 PyQt 4- Qt interface for Python (for Qt version 4.x) REQUIRED4.0 MISSING 'python3-pyqt4 needs to be installed'
Dowloaded from pkgs.org - now what? how do I run it?
You might try casting your support net wider to attract the attention of fellow Manjaro users... https://forum.manjaro.org/
I went to settings, no printers are shown..says Print service is unavailable, BUT i was able to go wireless, do the software updates etc. etc. and print...my desktop sees it internally, BUT cannot manually configure Queue and it says NO plug in printers configured.
I'm not familiar with Manjaro but I would expect that you would have a Settings option with a Printer option. Do you see the printer there? Does it have an enabled/disabled option? Is it enabled?
Have you checked from a command line? Have you run: lpq status If not try it to see if you get the same error. Have you run: lpq to see if you have any jobs pending? Have you tried to print from a terminal? Same error?
If none of this works, you might gather what information you have on the printer and then as suggested, delete the entry and add it again.
No installed HP devices found. Tried setting up device...failed. This printer worked perfectly last week when installed. Not sure what happened. Printer does work with laptop.

This however, won't resolve your problem on the OS and hardware in question.
You have not described how hplip was installed. It appears that you downloaded from the vendor (HP) and - from experience this often where things can go wrong. You should install from the distribution's repositories first and then if you need a newer version, determine if your distribution makes backports available.
