Computer boot

Every time I boot my computer Open office writer starts also giving me a blank document. I have disabled the quick starter but it still pops up each time I start up. It did not used to do that. Thank you.

What do you mean it did not do that before? Did you install OpenOffice or updates before it happened?

Also I noticed that your distribution says "linux", that's not a distribution, a distribution is like "Linux Mint", "Fedora", etc.

Close the blank document. Then immediately shut down the computer. But do a proper shutdown. Don't suspend or hibernate. And don't just hold the power button until the machine powers off. Go in the program launcher and select Shut Down.
