completing missing programs from K3b

Hi everyone - I purchased Suse 9.3 and am pretty happy with it - I am starting to read the manuals and figure things out for myself, and I was trying to get K3b to burn an audio CD from mp3's I have - the manual says it can only burn from .wav or ogg files, and when I go to the programs area, I see than I am missing several programs, mostly beginning with 'tc' like tcdedode, tcextract, etc. These programs do not appear to be on my installation disc, and I am assuming because of licensing??? My questions is - where do I find these for my distro to make this program work?????

You need to install a program called "transcode". I am not sure where to get the packages for suse, but you can compile it from source.
