Compiz for Slackware ?

I've seen this comparison video between Ubuntu and Vista, and falling in love with these effect of Ubuntu. But my machine is poor for running Ubuntu (256 MB of RAM, Celeron 2.26 Ghz)

I've google this effect and known it is Compiz or Beryl (something like this, dont remember exactly because nerver install it )

I'm using Slackware 12, and it runs smoothly for my poor machine. Now i want to use these effect. I've search Compiz package for slackware, but got many results, dont know what package to download. And how to use Compiz ?

BTW, is there any edition of Compiz for Win XP ? I also want to take these effect for my XP
