Compiz Change Desktop Evey 20 Seconds

I'm running Compiz on Ubuntu 8.1 and am looking for a way to automatically switch desktops every 20 seconds. Any ideas?

Im thinking I should be able to send shortcut keys via xsend and then just cron job it or by using a the dbus option
