compile and install only one module

Hello all you nice people

I am using mandrake 9.1 and have the kernel sources at /usr/src. I wonder if i can
build and install a module, without recompiling the whole kernel.

hi

if you have the module available but not loaded then

modprobe, insmod and lsmod comes in as handy if not you will have to recompile the whole thing
