Question Commands for 9.0

Hi i was just wondering if anyone can post a few listed commands for me :-)

Things changes from what i remember.

Went back to redhat 7.3 for awhile and and decided to download and install 9.0. It's a very nice version or redhat ( even though I would go back to 7.3 in a heart bet ). I tried to rebuild a rpm kernel from source using

rpm --rebuild --target i686 <filename>.src.rpm
and i get a message that --target isn't a command
so i said F it and read the manule for rpm rebuild

and it turns out to be some sh!t like this

rpm --rebuild rebuild <filename>.src.rpm

very nice and quick but not me. But I'm beginning to like RH 9.0

well get to the point I was wandering if anyone could list some commends for me for.....

.tar
.tar.gz
.tar.bz
.gz ( hope it is still gunzip or tar -zxvf )
.bz ( bunzip -xvf | <filename>.tar.bz for tar.bz files but RH 9.0 said it's a error )

Is the make files the same?
make
./configure ( sometimes first, sometimes not need )
and so on

and can I still use
make Xconfig ( or make config )
make dep
make clean
make bzImage
make Modules
make Modules install
make
for recompling a kernel?

I bumped into the new NVIDIA drivers which is a ingenios ideal by them :-) I like all I need to do is type sh NVIDIA-<WHatever>.run
and the drivers install :-)

Thank you and sorry for not doing alittle more reading but I'm not at my house on the internet seeing that TI 802.11b axc100 wireless cards don't have drivers for linux
anyway think you again
