First, please calm down and get a grip on the colorful language....

Commands are entered in a terminal, also often called a console. You'll find this in your menus somewhere--or possibly buried in the file manager. If you get impatient waiting for someone here that knows the answer, try Googling using (e.g.) "command terminal Asus EEE"

Many systems also give you a terminal window by entering ctrl-alt-F1 (or F2, F3, etc.)

If the machine still has the default xandros installation on it, then I don't think you will find an item to open a terminal in any of the menus. I think there is however key sequence/binding to open one: Try CTRL-ALT-t.

Cheers,

Just as an outsider reading this I agree with pixellany, it is a bit coulorful. Don't get me wrong I use this language in my personal life too. However some people do not and may find it offensive. The best thing to do is to approach this place as a professional place of business. You would not talk like that at work to your boss, instead you would express yourself in a different manner. It is ok to use a bad word every now and again, just tone it down a bit.
