Command understand Problem

I am new user in linux. So some time i face problem to understand simple command. Here is a simple command that i am not understand clearly please describe this command-

wget -q -o - https://rhn.redhat.com/help/new-cert.sh | /bin/bash

Why here use | /bin/bash

I'm not sure, but if I had to guess, you are retrieving the script from a website (wget) and then piping it through bash. So... my guess is that "| /bin/bash" runs the script?

"|" is the pipe command.
wget downloads the file named "new-cert.sh" and sends it to bash to be run.

For more help, you should tell us the context--i.e. what exactly you are trying to do.
