Command line utlility to view user info like the GUI one?


On my RH I have a nice GUI utility to view all users, their groups, etc...

Is there such thing for command line? I only have ssh access to my server, and I don't want to be reading /etc/passwd every time...

info coreutils

especially "id" or "members".
