If you're not able to reinstall Ubuntu, then this won't help, but it's much easier to set up a dual boot PC (Windows and Ubuntu in particular) by installing Windows first. You simply partition the drive during the Windows installation and then, once completed, install Ubuntu in the remaining space. This allows for Grub to be set up as the boot loader (which Windows will overwrite if you install Linux first) and enables you to select between booting Windows or Linux.

Using vowels will greatly improve your readability :)
If you install Windows it will wipe out the bootloader on the MBR. The data on your partitions will remain, but you won't be able to boot into it. What you could do is install Windows, then install GRUB or LILO from a floppy disk or a Live CD.
Your other option is to install Windows and then install linux again.
