closing lid causes applications not to work - have to restart


running linux mint 9 isadora - after closing the lid i have problem with wireless not working and sound will not work. i have to restart the computer. any suggestions?

Have you looked at the Linux Mint forums for discussion of hibernate/suspend problems?
