close, min, max buttons top right of screen

Linux mint doesn't have min., max., close buttons on the top right corner of screen can someone tell me how to add.

If u r using KDE then in terminal type:
then go to appearance and themes>>window decorations>>buttons
check use custom titlebar button positions
