Set up a network time protocol (NTP) client on your computer and point it to a time server for your region.

yum install -y ntp
chkconfig ntpd on
service ntpd start

That should do it. There is a conf file under /etc/ntp.conf if you want to edit any configuration.

You can find a public time server on the Internet using this list.

http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome

You should point your ntp daemon to an ntp server in your own time zone.
