Clock displays UTC in Arch

I noticed that the clock in the FVWM taskbar displays UTC instead of my local time. And when I execute the date command, it shows the time zone as UTC.

I wonder how to set it to display my local time zone?

Edit your /etc/rc.conf file. In the localization section you will see an entry called HARDWARECLOCK and one called TIMEZONE. Set HARDWARECLOCK to "UTC" and TIMEZONE to your local timezone.

To keep your clock accurate, install openntpd. Instructions are at http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NTP

I already set the time zone and installed OpenNTPD.

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:36 PM.
